About me
When I was in school I used to draw a lot, mainly little characters, robots, aliens and pretty much anything sci fi. I still do some drawing every now and then to get a better idea of how something should look. I think it helps to at least have basic drawing skills, it's so much easier visualising how something will look if you sketch out a basic shape.
I had a go with my first 3d programs while I was in college a couple of years ago, mostly with packages that came free on cover CDs, truespace and amapi were a couple that I'd looked at. These were great packages but I was never able to make things the way I wanted with the tools they had, they were pretty old. Later, while I was still on the Multimedia course at Deeside College , I was introduced to Cinema 4d... and that was it.. hooked ever since.
I am currently employed as a web developer in a local college, but I think I'd like to do this sort of thing professionally one day..
